Sorry I havent posted for a while - ive been busy with work experience :( _ But hopefully we'll be training again next saturday,
Ohh I know what i had to say -
Our next big JAM is on 15th December - Sponsered by Shakies 'The Total Milkshake Experience'. For those of you who dont know what that it - its basically a shope which makes different flavour milkshakes i.e.Mars and Creme Egg and shizz.
Two hour gym session will cost £5.00 inc drink and food - but be advised that if many do not choose the Gym - we will have a full outdoor JAM - Unless the weather is bad -inwhich case the gym will be free!
But yeah - Thats about it for now -
